Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In stock items will ship same day or next day, custom items will need to be made. If there is an extended period for custom items we will notify you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $20 within 15 miles of our location. For orders under $20, we charge $5 for local delivery. We charge $10 for local delivery if you are 16 to 25 miles from our location.

Deliveries are made from 9 AM to 6 PM on Monday through Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 418 Peoples St, Suite 110. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Please let us know when you will arrive.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
